Associate Professor of Human Development and Family Studies
Dr. Marchand-Reilly teaches courses in Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State Mont Alto. The classes she teaches include HDFS 418: Family Relationships, HDFS 455: Development and Management of Human Service Organizations, HDFS 402: Seminar in Human Services, HDFS 495C: Internship in the Human Services, and PSYCH 213: Developmental Psychology. Her research interests include examining the links among depressive symptoms, conflict resolution behaviors, and attachment orientations in married and dating couples and the impact of maternal and paternal depressive symptoms, marital conflict, and harsh discipline strategies on children's social and emotional adjustment.
