Nursing Instructor

Lange, RN, MS, CRNP, works at Penn State Mont Alto as the laboratory coordinator for the Associate Degree RN program, with both the first and second year students. She teaches NURS 111S Nursing Roles, NURS 112 Health patterns/ nursing interventions, NURS 113 nursing care during childbearing years, NURS 114 Nursing care during childrearing years, NURS 116 Clinical immersion I: Introduction to concepts of illness, NURS 211 Pathophysiology I: nursing interventions, NURS 212 Pathophysiology II: nursing interventions, NURS 213 Pathophysiology III: nursing interventions, NURS 214W nursing care of clients with psychiatric/mental health disorders, NURS 216 Clinical immersion II: intro. to concepts of leadership. Prior to pursuing a career as an educator, Lange worked both as a Nurse Practitioner and RN. Her nursing educational interest includes simulation with either high fidelity patients or patient actors.
